The Atlantic Salmon is a major attraction for anglers from all over the world and our regular guests visit us to fish every year for up to many decades. Iceland also offers trout, sea trout, char and arctic char fishing in our freshwater river and lakes. Life is better when you fish!
Most guests join us fishing / hunting for 3 - 6 days but fly fishing, sea angling and hunting day tours are also offered seasonally from Reykjavik, Akureyri and West Iceland. Day tour fishing season: April 1 - October 20 Day tour goose and duck hunting season: September 15 - December 15 Iceland Outfitters also offers fishing and hunting tours to Greenland, Scotland, Estonia and Croatia.
